BGR’s first impressions of Samsung’s Galaxy Note →
Jonathan Geller over at the Boy Genius Report posted his first impressions of the Samsung Galaxy Note - the monstrous phone advertised during the Super Bowl:
But you have a stylus that comes with it, so I guess that makes up for any similarities with rival devices. Kind of like those lollipops you’d get at the dentist after someone just went Mike Tyson on your tooth.

Never thought I’d see New Balance running shoes on the runway paired with suit separates. Not sure if that makes me an old fart or sheltered or what.
Last season, Steven Alan lamented to The Style Blog that he wished he could make his own shoes. Apparently, he’s not quite there yet: Amidst the derbies, low-tops, and other leather shoes we saw at his presentation this morning — which always kicks off the men’s shows — two models were wearing these navy New Balance 993s above, paired with smart suit separates. Alan’s the master of what we’ll call Weekend Clothes, and there seems no better way to make your flannels work for Saturday and Sunday than with a pair of these.
